CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS

Providing the drawing

Customer provide 3D drawing to us, then it will be send to our Engineer, and Engineer will estimate which material more suitable for this product.

Engineer will discuss with Manager, such as size, details of product process, new mold fee ect.

After that, the Sales will get the weight of product, opening new fee, price of product, then quote to customer.

Then we will confirm with customer about finish, weight, size, price, package, payment term, shipment way.

The most important thing, which is customer will send sample finish to us.

Then we will start to opening new mold, also, there have twice opportunities to modify the mold.

Then we will testing mold, so that we can control the quality in advance. There are twice to testing mold as well
